Complete and submit the “Contact Us” form and we will call to complete your registration.
We will also call to ensure you have received the package of Program materials and to address any questions you may have.
Once registered, we will contact your prescribing doctor(s) to outline their role in the Program and secure an order for your Pgx test.
We will then send you the Pgx test kit with detailed instructions on how to complete the cheek swab properly and return using their self-addressed FedEx envelope. Our PgxLab Services partner will send the test report to your doctor and to us.
We will review the test report with your prescribing doctor(s), and adjust your prescriptions to reflect any needed changes in your medication regimen.
We will then prepare and review our Nutrition Depletion Report and recommendations with you and your prescribing doctor(s).
Any needed vitamins or supplements can then be added to restore the missing essential nutrients, thereby reducing your risk of these adverse side effects.
Strip packaging allows us to sort and dispense your medications in such a way as to avoid potential drug-to-drug interactions and cumulative side effects.
The personal pharmacist assigned to you will work closely with you throughout the Precision Care Program to enhance the safety and efficacy of all your medications.
